Location: Sephora, Prudential Center, Boston, MA
Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Event Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Local Time)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor with a background in retail sales and beauty product representation to support in-store events, retailer-led promotions, and branded activations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Beauty Advisor or in a retail sales role with established beauty retailers such as Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Macy's, or similar stores.

Responsibilities

Support elevated in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotional activities.
Assist with event execution and customer engagement at Sephora, Prudential Center, Boston, MA.
Engage with customers, provide product information, and create a positive shopping experience.
Represent the brand professionally and communicate product features and benefits.
Support product demonstrations, promotional activities, and in-store brand visibility.
Coordinate with retail staff and event teams to ensure smooth event execution.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Experience working as a Beauty Advisor with retailers such as Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Macy's, or similar beauty retailers.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting beauty products.
Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand effectively.
Availability to work the scheduled event hours.
