Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to support multiple assembly lines and production cells in Merrimack, NH. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Electromechanical Assembler is responsible for safely and efficiently assembling highquality electrical and mechanical systems in a highvolume manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with handson manufacturing experience who take pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
Schedule
- 1st Shift | 7:00am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products using hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts and subassemblies
- Review and understand job orders; properly badge in/out of active production orders using Epicor
- Read, comprehend, and execute processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Inspect completed units to ensure specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements are met
- Test and troubleshoot electronic and electromechanical equipment
- Perform and document required quality control checks and inspections
- Assemble and disassemble products for maintenance or repair activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
- Perform additional projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect components and subassemblies
- Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly
- Ability to use a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
- Able to stand for extended periods; frequent lifting, bending, and reaching required
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs. intermittently
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend plant directives in English
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness in work completion
- Ability to collaborate, troubleshoot, and problem-solve within a team environment
- Must adhere to all required PPE (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)
