We are seeking an organized and analytical Remote Survey Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and analyzing online surveys to gather critical insights for organizational decision-making. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement online surveys using approved survey platforms.
Coordinate the distribution of surveys to targeted respondent groups and manage participation lists.
Monitor survey progress and response rates, ensuring timely completion and high data integrity.
Collect, clean, and analyze survey data to produce actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify survey objectives and ensure relevant data collection.
Prepare and present findings, summaries, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Ensure all survey activities comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of survey processes and results.
Stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in survey research and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 1 year of experience in survey research, data analysis, or a related area.
Proficiency in online survey tools (such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Google Forms, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary: $40,000 - $52,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
