Patient service coordinators, hiring in multiple locations (Waltham and Boston)
Hours: M-F between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM (8 hour shifts, full time)
Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
Greet patients
Check in/out
Schedule for appointments, follow ups, diagnostic imaging
Enter data into Epic system
Register new patients
Follow up on Rx orders
Answer patient inquiries over the phone
Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent healthcare administration experience
Epic experience
Ability to multitask and work as a team
