Prime Insurance Services, Inc. is a rapidly growing property and casualty insurance agency providing superior service to our customers and while working with a number of the leading local and national insurance carriers.
We are looking for a full time experienced Customer Service Representative / Account Manager to join our team. You must be organized, responsible, friendly and knowledgeable in order to maintain high customer satisfaction. We require the following qualifications in order to be considered a candidate for the position.
- You must have excellent customer service skills (interpersonal and communication skills)
- Be professional in phone etiquette, appearance and demeanor
- Be friendly and have a warm approachable manner
- Be proficient in computer skills
- Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Have superb organizational skills and be detail oriented
The ability to work in a team setting is vital, we have a great team environment and want someone who will add to that and help us to continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and servicing both Personal and Commercial P&C insurance lines, though strong experience in one or the other would be acceptable as well. A Property & Casualty license is preferable, but also not mandatory.
Compensation will be based on experience with potential bonuses paid for performance.
