Position Overview
ColdSnap is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to accelerate our commercial growth. This individual will work within a team and be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing key accounts, building relationships across targeted verticals, and driving adoption of ColdSnap machines and recurring pod sales. You’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales footprint as we expand into targeted verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new business across priority commercial verticals.
- Manage individual sales pipeline with a goal towards specific KPIs.
- Conduct product demos, both in-person and virtual, showcasing the ColdSnap value proposition.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Support onboarding of new accounts to maximize machine placement and pod consumption.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and replenishment.
Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for machine placements and pod revenue.
- Track and quantify individual sales volume versus targets.
- Provide input on market conditions and customer feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation.
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
- As needed, represent ColdSnap at trade shows, industry events, distributor showcases, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Preferably, experience in B2B sales, ideally in foodservice, equipment sales, office amenities, hospitality, or technology-enabled products.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets is ideal.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with constant learning and iteration.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of ownership.
- Ability to travel as needed (20–40%).
