Job DescriptionPay: $18–$19/hr Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd available Type: Longterm temporary position Location: Chelsea, MA About the RoleWe’re hiring multiple Forklift Operators to support our food manufacturing clients in the Chelsea area. This is a longterm temporary opportunity with consistent hours. Must be reliable, safetyfocused, and comfortable working in a fastpaced production setting.Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate sitdown and/or standup forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies</li>
<li>Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production lines</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory movement through scanning or documentation</li>
<li>Follow all food safety, GMP, and facility sanitation guidelines</li>
<li>Inspect forklifts before use and report any mechanical issues</li>
<li>Support general warehouse or production tasks as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience</li>
<li>Valid forklift certification</li>
<li>Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
<li>Strong attention to safety and detail</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and consistent attendance</li>
