Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator for its Internal Medicine department in Peterborough, NH.

The Clinical Coordinator will oversee daily clinical staff operations, coordinate schedules, support patient flow, and ensure smooth functioning of the medical office. This is a working supervisory role that also involves providing hands-on clinical assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily schedules and clinical staff coverage.
Supervise, train, and support clinical staff.
Assist with patient appointments, phone calls, and patient flow.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and office policies.
Coordinate communication between providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
Participate in staff hiring, performance reviews, and work assignments.
Assist with nursing duties and cover clinical staff responsibilities as needed.
Manage and order clinical supplies.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Active RN or LPN license (New Hampshire or Compact license accepted).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
BLS certification (AHA).
Previous clinical staff supervision experience is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
Must maintain patient confidentiality and handle stressful situations professionally.
