Responsibilities

<li>Manage the daily functions of the business</li>
\n
<li>Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes</li>
\n
<li>Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed</li>

<li>Manage budget to align with goals of business</li>

Qualifications
\n
 
\n
<ul>\n
<li>5+ years of working as an Operations manager or Production Manager</li>
\n
<li>Experience working in the food and beverage industry is a plus</li>
\n
<li>Experience training and mentoring employees</li>
\n
<li>Able to multitask</li>
\n
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li>
\n
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
\n</ul>
\n

Salary range: $95-100K
