Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions remotely, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, guided by their recovery goals.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, addiction specialists, and support staff, to promote a seamless continuum of care.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, using electronic health record systems.

  • Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to improve health outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in a detox setting, many of whom are facing various challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse client needs.

  • Proven skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning specific to behavioral health and addiction.
