- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, team managers, athletic directors, and parents.
- Present our product line (jerseys, shells, socks, tees, swag) and close multi-season team contracts.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline; track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Attend local tournaments, showcases, and hockey events to network and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.
- Set up custom team stores on our website for players and family members to order merchandise directly.
Production Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers, vendors, and manufacturers on orders start to finish.

- Perform quality control checks on finished goods before delivery.
- Maintain equipment and production workspace to a clean, organized standard.
- Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery coordination as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- The ability to communicate well, follow through, multi-task, and provide great products and customer support.
- Sales experience, ideally in sports, apparel, promotional products, or a related field.
- Existing connections with local youth hockey teams, leagues, or athletic organizations are a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with heat press, DTF, screen printing, or embroidery equipment preferred (will train).
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
- Strong communicator: Comfortable with in-person prospecting, phone calls, and email outreach.
- Passion for hockey and youth sports (we do adult and semi-pro hockey as well)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).

- Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
- Commission: Earned on every contract and order closed. Uncapped earning potential.
- Performance bonuses for hitting seasonal targets.
- Employee discount on all products.
- Opportunity to grow into a senior sales or operations leadership role as the company scales.
