DIRECT HIRE: Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Southbridge, MA.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k!

Salary Range: $110K - $120K per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring, training, and scheduling of maintenance staff
  • Oversee daily work, performance, and corrective actions
  • Lead, train, and mentor maintenance teams, including supervisors, mechanics, and technicians
  • Use CMMS to manage work orders, schedules, budgets, and maintenance records
  • Develop and track preventative/predictive maintenance programs
  • Coordinate with production to align maintenance with schedules and minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and reliability practices
  • Manage department budget, vendor relationships, and spare parts inventory
  • Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies
  • Monitor KPIs and report on equipment performance, costs, and safety
  • Remain on-call for after-hours plant issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrial technology or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance management
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, CMMS, and interpreting technical manuals/blueprints
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to inspect facilities, perform repairs, and navigate job sites
  • Capable of standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals
