Machine Operator (Stone Fabrication)
Location: Bow, NH | Work Type: In Person | Pay: $20 to $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2nd shift (40 to 60 hours per week) | Overtime eligible

Rumford Stone, a leading stone fabricator in New England for more than 25 years, is hiring a full time Machine Operator to help produce custom granite, marble, and quartz countertops. Located in Bow, NH, Rumford is known for precision, professionalism, and a strong company culture that values safety, quality, and continuous learning.

What you will be doing:
- Reading blueprints and work orders to understand cutting and finishing specifications.
- Setting up and operating CNC router machines for stone fabrication.
- Running pre programmed cuts for sinks, curves, and countertop edges.
- Loading and unloading slabs using cranes and other lifting equipment.
- Inspecting finished pieces for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Supporting team productivity and assisting with other shop tasks as needed.
- Performing routine equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs.
What you bring:
- Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Physical readiness to lift 60 to 80 pounds and stay active through the shift.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team based environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
