Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM.
Join a regulated manufacturing environment producing medical diagnostic test kits. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to support filling, labeling, and packaging operations while following strict quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate fillers, cappers, labelers, high-speed checkweighers, and automated packaging machinery.
- Perform reagent filling, labeling, packaging, setup, and breakdown activities to meet production schedules.
- Follow documented work instructions, GMP, and quality procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and report non-routine issues to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and process optimization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.
- Safely operate power jacks and handle production materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating automated filling, labeling, or packaging equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Must pass a DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) background check.
- Ability to safely operate power equipment, including power jacks.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality.
