What You'll Do
As our Boiler Room Operator, you'll be responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and continuous steam operations throughout the facility. You'll work independently while also collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor boiler systems and related equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve operational problems
- Respond quickly to equipment alarms and system faults
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist and provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Help ensure uninterrupted steam production and facility operations
What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts Second Class Fireman License (Required)
- Experience operating and maintaining boiler systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently on overnight shifts

Schedule & Pay
- Starting at $25 per hour (higher pay possible based on experience)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
