Megryco, Inc. is seeking an organized, motivated, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as an HOA & Operations Coordinator.
\n
This is more than a traditional HOA position. You'll work directly with ownership, condominium Boards, vendors, and homeowners while helping us grow and shape our expanding property management division. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, creating organized systems, and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

In addition to coordinating the day-to-day operations of multiple condominium associations, this role will also provide operational and administrative support to ownership on a variety of real estate and business initiatives. No two days are exactly alike, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing wherever needed.
Responsibilities\n

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple condominium associations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA Boards of Trustees.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance requests, meetings, contracts, and communications.
- Assist with budgets, records, homeowner correspondence, and general property management administration.
- Help develop and improve systems and processes as our property management division continues to grow.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ownership on special projects and other business initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across multiple businesses while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications\n
- \n
- HOA, condominium association, commercial property management, or related experience preferred.
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
