Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing client on an Accounting Manager position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in the manufacturing industry, experience supporting the month-end-close, and experience mentoring junior staff members.

Responsibilities:

<li>Support month-end-close process.</li>
\n
<li>Mentor 1 Accounting team member.</li>
\n
<li>Prepare journal entries and reconciliations as needed.</li>
\n
<li>Review monthly financial statements.</li>
\n
<li>Monitor expenses.</li>
\n
<li>Partner with external auditors on audit.</li>
\n
<li>Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.</li>
\n</ul>

Qualifications:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Bachelor degree.</li>
\n
<li>7+ years of accounting experience.</li>
\n
<li>Manufacturing industry experience.</li>
\n
<li>Month-end-close support.</li>
\n
<li>Staff mentorship experience.</li>
\n</ul>
