We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead strategic human resources initiatives for our organization in Randolph, Massachusetts. This contract position requires someone who is detail oriented and can design, implement, and manage robust HR systems and policies while fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping talent management strategies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, including finalizing and rolling out the updated Employee Handbook.

• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute long-term strategies for talent acquisition and retention, addressing sector-specific challenges.

• Promote and integrate organizational values into all HR processes, ensuring alignment with the company culture.

• Streamline recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency for a multi-site organization.

• Create scalable training programs by developing digital tools and resources for both new hires and ongoing staff development.

• Establish a formal performance management framework, including consistent review processes and career growth tools.

• Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering direct communication to improve morale.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and introducing innovative non-monetary recognition initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including licensing requirements, safety protocols, and worker’s compensation programs.

• Partner with executive leadership to align human resources strategies with the organization’s long-term vision and growth objectives.

• Proven experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Expertise in administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, including state and federal employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Ability to develop scalable training programs and resources.
• Familiarity with performance management frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
