We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume hospitality operation with a strong focus on people, guest experience, financial performance, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who enjoys being visible on the floor, developing a strong management team, and creating a memorable experience for guests. A culinary background or someone who is very comfortable working closely with BOH/Kitchen leadership is highly valued.
Restaurant General Manager Expectations & Requirements
• Lead, develop, and hold department managers accountable across FOH, BOH/Kitchen, Events, Retail, and support teams.
• Build a strong, consistent leadership team through coaching, hiring, training, and development.
• Own the location’s P&L and drive revenue, labor, food and beverage cost, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor key operational and financial metrics and use them to improve performance.
• Lead by example on the floor and ensure a consistently high level of hospitality and guest service.
• Partner closely with the kitchen and BOH leadership team to maintain quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Oversee events, programming, and community engagement while representing the brand professionally.
• Maintain strong communication across departments and support company-wide initiatives.
• 3+ years of general management experience in restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or brewery operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing financial and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of guest service, labor management, and food and beverage costs.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management systems such as Toast, R365, Sling, or similar.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
