  • Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with uncapped commissions

Requirements & Qualifications


  • 2–8 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in outside sales
  • Strong “hunter” mentality with demonstrated drive to seek and win new business
  • Ability to independently manage clients and sales processes
  • Professional, reliable, and polished presentation
  • Must reside within commuting distance to Marlborough, MA office
  • Skilled in consultative sales, asking open-ended questions, and understanding client needs


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Proactively source and develop new business leads within assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and solution consultations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
  • Collaborate with account managers and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed established sales and activity targets
