R&D Partners is seeking to hire an Associate Scientist II in Cambridge, MA.
Your main responsibilities as an Associate Scientist II:
· Support processing activities for oligonucleotide manufacturing under guidance from senior staff
· Execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale processes to support research and in-house material needs
· Perform routine in-process analytical tests (e.g., pH, conductivity, UV, basic chromatography)
· Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of non-GMP manufacturing runs
· Follow established SOPs and batch records in a cGLP laboratory environment
What we are looking for in an Associate Scientist IIn:
· BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
· 0–2 years of laboratory experience (academic, co-op, internship, or industrial experience acceptable).
· Basic familiarity with analytical techniques such as pH, conductivity, HPLC, or LC-MS is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality laboratory documentation
· Willingness to learn regulated laboratory practices and manufacturing workflows

Pay Scale:
$77,642 – $97,066Dependent on Experience)
