What We Offer:
- $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)
- Commissions: Up to $2,500/year

What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
- Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
- Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
- Motivate and Inspire: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience
What We’re Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time:
- Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
- Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
- Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Required Availability:
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts
