Account Executive (B2B Sales)
Peabody, MA
About the Role
Preowned Auto Logistics (PAL) is growing and seeking several motivated B2B Account Executive/ Account Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships within the automobile dealership business. Ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships. Youll be responsible for prospecting, closing new accounts, grow existing accounts and grow revenue while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and develop new B2B customer accounts
- Manage and grow client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify customer needs and recommend auto transportation and delivery solutions
- Collaborate with internal operations and cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Track pipeline activity and provide sales forecasts and reporting
Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Proven experience with cold calling, lead generation, and closing new accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of a CRM software
- Experience in logistics, transportation, automotive, or supply chain is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 per year
- Uncapped Commission
