- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via video conferencing platforms, addressing their mental health and emotional needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and offer psychoeducation to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any changes in client condition within our EHR system.
- Engage in regular supervision and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
- Stay current with research, best practices, and ethical standards in the fields of social work and mental health counseling.
- React to crises with appropriate interventions and support, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on adult clients, particularly those experiencing life-limiting illnesses requiring supportive counseling. You will engage with a diverse range of patients, including those from minority backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community, creating an inclusive environment that respects individual experiences and identities.
Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A valid and active LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
- Strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.
- Professional malpractice insurance is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
