Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Class A Driver to join our busy regional wholesale supply company, delivering pallets to customers and occasional job sites throughout New England. Operating primarily within two hours of our warehouse, you will use a brand new Volvo tractor with flatbed and CDL B straight truck, contributing to efficient and safe local deliveries without overnight or weekend commitments.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform local deliveries of pallets to customer locations and job sites</li>
<li>Operate flatbed and straight trucks, including vehicle inspections and load securement</li>
<li>Plan and follow efficient delivery routes in urban environments</li>
<li>Ensure safety compliance and follow all driving regulations</li>
<li>Load and unload pallets as required</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service during deliveries</li>
<li>Work independently as a solo driver, managing time effectively</li>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Class A CDL License with 1+ years of commercial driving experience</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience with commercial vehicle inspection and load securing</li>
<li>Strong skills in route navigation and time management</li>
<li>Effective customer communication abilities</li>
<li>Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance</li>
<li>Experience operating flatbed trucks and Moffett forklifts considered a plus</li>
