Second Shift (2 Openings) - PADI Operator (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Core Tasks: Repetitive motion, visual quality inspection, and packaging small "surgical patties"
Key Skill: High manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination (specifically "small hands" are preferred for effective handling of small parts)
Ideal Background: Retail experience (e.g., Walmart) or recent college graduates; heavy machine operators are often a poor fit
First Shift (1 Opening) - Assembly/Packaging (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Core Tasks: Assembling and packaging neurosurgery perforators
Key Skill: Comfort using hand tools, specifically air drills and ultrasonic welders
Ideal Background: Vocational training or experience with basic tools (hammers, screwdrivers); candidates with extensive CNC, lathe, or Bridgeport experience are discouraged as they lose interest in the role
