Join our client’s production team in the Lawrence area, where every shift keeps the operation moving and every teammate matters. You’ll prepare ingredients, weigh raw materials precisely, and mix batches that meet strict Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) standards—all while working in a hands-on, physically active environment.

A day in the role

As the plant hums, you’ll move between weighing stations and mixers, following formulas to the gram, recording measurements, and keeping work areas safe and orderly. You’ll lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly, support teammates across the line, and stay focused on quality and pace from clock-in to clock-out.

Open roles, schedules, and pay

• 3rd Shift: 3 openings | 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $16.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 1 opening | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $15.00/hour

What you’ll handle

• Accurate weighing of raw materials according to formulas
• Safe, consistent mixing of batches
• Execution of FSQA procedures and documentation

What it takes to excel

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfort with sustained, physical work in a fast-moving setting
