Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for a team of 10–20 assemblers in a fast-paced robotics manufacturing environment.
• Assign daily work, establish priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure production schedules and quality requirements are met.
• Oversee mechanical and electromechanical assembly of robotic systems and components while ensuring adherence to work instructions, engineering specifications, and safety procedures.
• Train, coach, and mentor assemblers on assembly processes, tools, equipment, quality standards, and safe work practices.
• Monitor production output, quality, staffing, and workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Operations teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.
