Job DescriptionMachine Operator - Contract to Hire A contract manufacturing company in New Hampshire that has created innovative solutions for thin film circuit designs, is looking for a person interested in starting a career in manufacturing. Shift of the Machine Operator:
- Week 1: Mon–Thurs 7–4, Fri 7–3
- Week 2: Mon–Thurs 7–5 or 6–4 (flexible on start times)
Pay rate of the Machine Operator:
$20-$21/hr DOE
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Set-up, cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of coating equipment.
- Document production activities and record notes and actions.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
- Looking for someone with a great attitude, open to learning new skills
- Ability to perform work under a microscope.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience handling small and fragile parts.
