About the Role
As a Residential Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our residential clients, ensuring their landscaping needs are met with professionalism and care. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field who thrives in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with residential clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.
- Oversee landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations for landscaping services.
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and service agreements.
- Meet with potential clients and expand our residential portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, account management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving issues.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping practices, services, and terminology is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with the landscaping team to deliver top-notch results.
