We are seeking a Fiber Internet Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will represent Fidium Fiber Internet in the greater Rochester, NH area and be responsible for helping to build a team, run trainings, recruit, manage as well as performing personally by connecting home owners with fiber internet in the goal of providing faster more reliable internet, at a cheaper price, with no contracts!
Responsibilities:
- Help recruit sales reps
- Run daily and weekly trainings
- Allow new reps to "shadow" you working in the field
- Prospect and find potential customers
- Identify customer needs
- Explain the benefits of fiber internet to customers
- Enter and process customer orders
- Manage an assigned territory and contact all prospective customers within the assigned area
Qualifications:
- Management and leadership experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably door to door sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers and reps
- Strong leadership skills
Compensation:
- Hourly+ commission structure
- Commission only option
- Team override bonuses
- This is a 1099 job
