We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Mailroom Coordinator to join our team in Worcester, MA. This is an immediate opening providing coverage for a medical leave.
This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys being helpful, and is looking to gain corporate experience with a reputable, community-focused company. If you have a background in Retail or Customer Service and pride yourself on being a team player, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist internal employees with mailroom queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are self-motivated and eager to learn and help without always being asked.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Retail is highly preferred.
- You work well with others and contribute to a positive office environment.
