Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 10–15 years of hands‑on warehouse operations experience, including work in 3PL environments. The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, skilled in inventory control, and proficient with ERP systems. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to operate a stand‑up reach truck forklift safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and accuracy.
- Operate stand‑up reach truck forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Experience:
- 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Certified or experienced in stand‑up reach truck forklift operation.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
