Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from home while serving clients across the state of Massachusetts. Your working hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering critical mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals and groups, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients in real-time.

• Actively collaborate with a remote team of fellow clinicians and mental health professionals to share insights, strategies, and best practices in delivering care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LICSW license issued by the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
