Key Responsibilities\n

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set actionable goals and outline tailored interventions.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on the unique needs of clients.
- Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop coordinated treatment modalities that enhance client outcomes.
- Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate client needs.
