Manufacturing Controller
Pay Rate: $140,000-$160,000
Location: Beverly, MA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:\n
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory activity, and financial performance
\n • Monitor and investigate cost variances and operational trends
\n • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities
\n • Track key metrics, inventory levels, and production performance
\n • Partner with operations to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
\n • Develop reports and analysis to support business and financial decisions
Qualifications:\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\n • 5+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience
\n • Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and variance analysis
\n • Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
\n • Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and operations teams
