Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 3–6+ months

Key Responsibilities
- Own and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP (IFRS exposure is a plus)
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis, tracking budget-to-actuals
- Support audit processes, including preparing documentation, responding to requests, and assisting with financial statement preparation
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements, including ERP-related initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams on billing, collections, and reporting metrics
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of public accounting experience or 5–6 years of private industry experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
