We are partnering with a company in Andover, MA who is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and SOX controls. The ideal candidate will come from a larger company environment and have SAP experience, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.

Responsibilities

- Assist with month-end close
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Track performance against budget and forecasts
- Support an ERP implementation involving SAP
- Maintain and monitor SOX controls
- Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as requested by management

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working in a larger company environment
- SAP experience required
- Manufacturing or similar industry experience required
- Strong month-end close, journal entry, and reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and SOX controls
- CPA and/or public accounting background is a plus

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office

Compensation: $90K-$105K plus bonus

\n
