Hourly Range: $17.00 - $22.00

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sample Processing Associate to join our Woburn, MA site for a temporary 2–3 month assignment. In this role, you will support daily sample receipt, tracking, and storage activities in a regulated laboratory environment. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global leader in life sciences R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming study samples against shipment manifests, packing slips, and orders.
- Notify laboratory personnel when materials are received or released for use.
- Handle biological samples in accordance with SOPs, study protocols, and sponsor guidance.
- Use Excel and/or Watson LIMS to maintain accurate records of sample storage and movement.
- Ensure samples and storage containers are properly labeled and stored per temperature requirements.
- Support inventory management, organization, and disposal of materials following regulatory and internal standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to cGxP and safety protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
What We are Looking for:
- Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of laboratory, warehouse, or sample management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; LIMS or Watson LIMS experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and record-keeping accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
