Job Title: CMM Programmer (Junior & Senior Openings)

Location: Malden, MA
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: 1st Shift | 9/80 Work Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (up to $140,000 for senior/exceptional candidates)

Position Overview

We are hiring CMM Programmers at both the junior and senior levels to join a growing Quality team in Malden, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PC-DMIS, GD&T, and CMM programming with machined components. Aerospace experience is preferred, especially for senior-level candidates.

This is a permanent, direct-hire role offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a flexible 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).

Responsibilities:

Program and maintain PC-DMIS CMM inspection routines for machined parts at various process stages.
Ensure compliance with GD&T standards and quality requirements.
Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to address inspection issues and corrective actions.
Document inspection programs, data, and non-conformance reports.
Mentor and train junior CMM programmers and inspectors (senior-level role).
Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.
Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (ITAR-regulated environment).
Junior Level: Minimum 3 years of CMM programming experience.
Senior Level: Minimum 6 years of CMM programming experience with leadership/mentorship skills.
Proficiency with PC-DMIS software and GD&T.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Aerospace or defense industry experience.
Experience with nickel, titanium, and aluminum materials.
Manual inspection techniques and machining process knowledge.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (up to $140,000 for senior/exceptional candidates).
