Job DescriptionGeneral Manufacturing Worker
We’re hiring a General Manufacturing Worker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll support wet chemical processing operations, perform quality checks, and help keep production running smoothly. You’ll work with precision components used in the medical, aerospace, and electronics industries.
This position is available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | $18.90/hr
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM | $19.60/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wet chemical processing and conveyor equipment.
- Follow work instructions and traveler notes.
- Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards.
- Record process and inspection data accurately.
- Load, handle, and process parts safely.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Meet daily production goals and maintain a safe work area.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
