Job Title: Breakfast Attendant-PT/Hotel
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at D.Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Part-Time/24-28 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are attractively arranged and replenished as needed.
- Greet guests warmly, answer any questions they may have, and provide information about available breakfast options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Uphold health and safety standards in the preparation and serving of food.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding any guest preferences or dietary restrictions.
- Assist with special requests and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in the breakdown and cleaning of the breakfast area at the end of the service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
