• Possess an active state license

• Availability for weekdays, daytime shifts, on-call duties, and weekend on-call
• Manage a patient load of approximately 25 individuals per day
• Engage in both clinic work and on-call responsibilities
• Credentialing process is required
• DEA registration is necessary
