What You’ll Do\n
In this role, the Bookkeeper will support both accounting operations and customer‑facing processes:

- Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email, providing timely and professional service
- Post cash receipts, charges, and late fees accurately
- Assist with bids and related documentation
- Order, track, and organize products from multiple vendors
- Collect and maintain vendor invoices, ensuring proper organization and record‑keeping
- Support daily administrative and accounting tasks that keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For\n
