Job Summary:
Barton & Gray Mariners Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services team to assist our Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service. This position is based out of Portsmouth, NH and is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:

Member communications via phone, text, and email

Scheduling Member outings via proprietary Club software

Planning for and ensuring a pleasant, fun experience

Organization of catering orders with preferred vendors

Making restaurant and dock reservations and handling other member requests

Harbor destination research and updating databases

General administrative duties as necessary

Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
