Boudreaux's New Drug Store will serve the patient-physician need by preparing CUSTOM FORMULATIONS. Upon physician request, medications will be prepared according to the patient's demographic and specific etiological requirements.

Areas of focus in pharmaceutical care will include but are not limited to, medication problem-solving, customized hormone replacement therapy for men and women, diabetes (shoe program), wound care, pain management, nutraceutical support, drug regimen reviews, and medication case management.

About the Role:

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key national and major accounts. This position requires a strategic approach to account development, ensuring clients receive tailored digital advertising solutions that meet their business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories and executing consultative sales strategies to convert prospects into long-term partners. By leveraging expertise in territory management and account management, the Account Executive will maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales revenue targets. Ultimately, this role is essential for strengthening the company’s market presence in New York and delivering exceptional value to clients through innovative advertising solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in aesthetics and/or pharmaceutical sales (injectables, toxins, fillers, devices, skincare, etc.).
  • Established healthcare provider relationships with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, etc.
  • Strong cross-selling and consultative skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account development and management, preferably within digital advertising or media sales.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales and territory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • President's Club Winner or consistent top-performer.
  • Experience working with national accounts and managing major client portfolios.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation within a competitive sales environment.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with major and national accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate new business leads and expand the client base within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide consultative sales solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecast revenue, and develop strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
