Join the Brothers team! We are seeking a FULL-TIME Sandwich and Salad Line Cook for both of our locations, Dracut, MA and Tewksbury MA. Minimum Requirements:
- 12-year minimum kitchen experience - pizza shop experience is a plus!
- Workstation cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Able to take directions
- Reliable & punctual
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures
- Setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- Workstation cleanliness
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock - when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification (not required)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
