Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Boston, MA that is seeking several Financial Reporting Associates to support a high-volume reporting initiative. This opportunity is ideal for Accounting or Finance entry level candidates with internship experience, or professionals looking to gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:\n

  • Review and process financial data and supporting documentation
  • \n

  • Perform data validation and quality control checks
  • \n

  • Ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently into internal systems
  • \n

  • Research and resolve discrepancies alongside business partners
  • \n

  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail

  • \n

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial statements through coursework, internships, or professional experience
  • \n

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • \n

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • \n

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • \n

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • \n

Preferred

    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • \n

  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, audit, banking, or data analysis
  • \n

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

  • \n

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.\n

\nWe offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.\n
