Bilingual Call Center Specialist (Human Services)
We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Specialist (Human Services) fluent in Haitian Creole and English to support families in accessing childcare financial assistance and community resources.
This contract role pays up to $24/hour and includes full training, AIRS (Alliance for Information & Referral Systems) certification opportunities, and a hybrid work schedule based in Framingham, MA.
What You’ll Do:
- Support families by answering calls and assessing eligibility for childcare financial assistance
- Provide accurate, bilingual information about local childcare providers and resources
- Enter and manage case details in online systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Fluent in Haitian Creole and English (written and spoken).
- 1+ year of experience in call center support or health & human services
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with on-site presence in Framingham, MA
