Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to work as packers on the production line. You will be responsible for removing products from the line, counting them according to the order sheet, and packing them into boxes for shipment to customers. You will report to your supervisor at the start of each shift and be assigned to a line for the day, with opportunities for cross-training on different lines.
Responsibilities
- Apply labels, stack, and pack boxes.
- Deal with scrap parts as needed.
- Fill out work orders based on the day's production run.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typically up to 20 lbs as products are generally light).
- Proficiency in English for reading and following instructions.
- Ability to count and manage inventory.
- Experience with injection molding and operating injection molding machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with extrusion or injection molding processes.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment with provided safety glasses that must be worn at all times on the floor. The facility is temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work setting. Paid breaks include one 15-minute and one 30-minute break. Shift hours are as follows: 1st shift: 7 am - 3 pm, 2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pm, 3rd shift: 11 pm - 7 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
